If Write & Grow isn't right for you, you can get your money back soon after you start. Here is exactly when.
Plans
- Within 7 days of your first payment for a plan, monthly or yearly, you get a full refund if fewer than 5 articles have been written on your account.
- After 7 days, or once 5 or more articles have been written, payments are not refunded. You can cancel at any time and your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
- Renewals follow the same rule: a full refund within 7 days of the renewal if fewer than 5 articles were written since it.
Astute Speed Pro Licences
A full refund within 7 days of buying, if the licence has been used for fewer than 5 critical CSS runs or image optimizations. Astute Speed licences bought before Astute Speed Pro follow the same rule.
Top-Ups and Packs
Article, fact-check, AI picture, critical CSS and image packs are refunded only if none of the pack has been used. A pack that has been used, in part or in full, is not refunded.
How to Ask
Email hello@writeandgrow.com from the address on your account and say what you'd like refunded. We reply within 2 business days. An approved refund is paid back the way you paid. A payment made in cryptocurrency is refunded in the same currency, for the US dollar amount you paid.
When We Refund Without Being Asked
If we can't provide what you paid for, for example a long outage or a feature we remove, we refund the part you couldn't use.
Nothing here limits any right to a refund you have under the law where you live.
